HOTEL REGULATIONS

  • In order to ensure a safe and pleasant stay, guests are requested to abide by the regulations presented below. asprovided in Article 10 of the Terms and Conditions of Accommodation. If these regulations are not observed. management reserves the right to rescind the accommodation contract and other related contracts. as Provided in Article 7 of the Terms and Conditions.

  • 1. No guest room or other part of the hotel may be used as a business office.

  • 2. No unauthorized food or beverages may be brought into the hotel. nor may delivery be received of food or beverages from outside delivery services.

  • 3. It is forbidden to smoke in bed or in other places where it presents a fire risk.

  • 4. Guests should ensure that the door is locked shut on leaving their rooms and that the door chain is secured when in occupation of their rooms.

  • 5. Room keys should be returned to Reception on check-out

  • 6. Guests are urged to check the location of emergency exits and emergency escape routes on check-in.

  • 7. Guests are advised to open the door to callers only after securing the door chain. In the event of suspicious callers, guests should contact Reception.

  • 8. Persons other than those registered with the hotel management must not be allowed to occupy the room.

  • 9. Guests should refrain from inviting others into the hotel or from allowing others to use the hotel facilities and services without management permission. Visitors may not be entertained in guestrooms after 10 pm.

  • 10 . The fixtures and fittings of guest rooms or other parts of the hotel may not be moved from their original positions or tampered with in any way without management permission.

  • 11 .It is forbidden to bring any of the following articles into the hotel:
     (i) Pets or other animals (with the exception of guide dogs).
     (ii) Foul-smelling substances
     (iii) 0ther articles or substances in unreasonable quantities
     (iv) Unlicensed firearms or other weapons
     (v) Explosives. volatile liquids or other highly flammable materials

  • 12. Guests must refrain from noisy behaviour such as shouting or singing or any other behaviour liable to cause distress or inconvenience to other guests. and also from gambling and any other activity contrary to public order of standards of decency.

  • 13.Management reserves the right to refuse accommodation to persons who. by reason of illness, injury, intoxication or other cause. are in a state of mental or physical disorder such that management is unable to guarantee their safety during their stay and that their presence is liable to cause significant annoyance to other guests.

  • 14.Management reserves the right to refuse accommodation to persons under the age of 20 unless the consent of the parent or legal guardian has been received.

  • 15. Unauthorized distribution of advertising materials or sale of goods to other guests is forbidden.

  • 16. Guests are requested not to leave belongings unattended in corridors. foyers or other public areas

  • 17. Management can accept no responsibility for the loss of valuables left in guestrooms. Valuables should be left in the safe deposit boxes adjacent to Reception

  • 18. Guests may not hang or display in the window of their rooms any articles which mar the appearance of the hotel building.

  • 19. Guests may be requested to pay a deposit on arrival at the hotel. Cooperation will be greatly appreciated.

  • 20. Guests may" be presented with a bill before the end of thei rstay. Please cooperate by paying as requested.

  • 21 . Guests wishing to charge to their room account any goods or services provided in the hotel restaurant bar or other facilities should provide proof of their guest status in the form of a room key , accommodation pass. hotel membership card or similar.

  • 22. The hotel management does not accept payment by cheque nor provide a service for cashing of cheques

  • 23. Articles left unclaimed will be disposed of one month after the departure of the owner.

  • 24. The following regulations concern the activities of criminal syndicates and other activities liable to disturb public order
     (i) Management refuses accommodation to members of those criminal syndicates and to those individuals designated in the Law for the Prevention of Unlawful Actions by Criminal Syndicates (enacted March 1. 1993). If the identity of such persons is discovered after reseevation or during their stay, accommodation will be refused from the time of such discovery.
     (ii) Management refuses accommo dation to antisocial organizations including other criminal syndicates and extremist action groups and their members. If the identity of such persons is discovered after reservation or during their stay, accommodation will be refused from the time of such discovery.
     (iii)Guests found to be involved in violence. intimidation. extortion. blackmail or simila ractivities will be asked to leave the ho tel immediately. Persons found to have been involved in such activities in the past will be treated likewise.
     (iv) Management will refuse further accommodation to guests who. by reason of illness. injury. intoxication or other cause. are in a state of mental or physical disorder such that management is unable to guarantee their safety during their stay and that their presence is liable to be a source of danger or distress to other guests
     (v) Management will refuse further accommodation to guests who indulge in noisy behaviour such as shouting or singing or any other behaviour liable to cause distress or inconvenience to other guests. or in gambling or any other actions contrary to public order and standards of decency.
     (vi) Management will refuse further accommodation to persons committing any other acts of a similar undesirable nature
